SHIPPING & RETURNS

At MNFSTbyCR, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days from the date your order is placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. During busy periods, launches, promotions or seasonal peaks, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

UK Delivery

For UK orders, we ship using Royal Mail.

Our UK shipping options are:

Our standard UK delivery option.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimated delivery aims and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to Royal Mail service disruption, busy periods, weather conditions or circumstances outside of our control.

International Delivery

For international orders, we normally ship using Royal Mail International. However, this could vary depending on courier availability and the best shipping options available.

Delivery times will vary depending on your country, customs processing and local postal services. Once your parcel has left the UK, it may be handled by your local postal provider.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, duties or local fees that may apply when the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by MNFSTbyCR.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details being provided.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us by email so we can look into this for you.

We kindly ask that you allow reasonable time for Royal Mail to deliver your order, especially during busy periods or where international customs delays may occur.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your MNFSTbyCR piece. However, if you need to return an item, please read our returns policy carefully.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All returned items must be sent back in the exact condition they were received. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all original packaging, including any jewellery box, pouch, inserts or protective packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that are returned worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, without original packaging, or not in the same condition as sold may not be eligible for a refund.
