Our Commitment To Quality

Every MNFST piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to be worn, loved and treasured.

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against faults resulting from manufacturing or workmanship.

If an issue arises that is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or equivalent alternative where available.

What Is Covered

Our warranty may apply to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty clasps, fastenings or connectors
• Structural faults that occur under normal wear
• Defects in materials or craftsmanship

All warranty claims are assessed individually by our team.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not extend to:

• Everyday wear and ageing of materials
• Tarnishing caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water or improper storage
• Accidental damage, misuse or neglect
• Scratches, dents or cosmetic marks acquired through normal wear
• Alterations, repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than MNFST
• Lost, misplaced or stolen items
• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

Replacement Products

Where a warranty claim is approved, we may provide a replacement item.

If the original design is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer a comparable piece of equal value.

Any replacement supplied under this warranty will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Making A Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please contact our customer care team with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault

Our team will review the information provided and guide you through the next steps.
